Characteristics:
- Hooded – Most commonly used in food applications where high sanitation is required. Typically produced with our smallest ergonomic slider designed to fit inside a film header.
- Exposed – Used in applications where sanitary isn’t required. Typically non-food applications. Heavier bags where more strength is required.
- Quad Seal – Diamond is one of the few pouch makers who can provide side gusseted pouches with a slider closure to converters.
- Powerproof slider – Ideal for powder or granulated products. A small “plow” is designed into the slider to clear a path for the slider as particles get lodged in the track.
- “S” slider – Designed for the highest retention in the industry. Typically used for large bags containing heavier products such as pet food and lawn and garden. Only available in exposed style bags.
